Altadonna Communications, Inc., doing business as ChiroTrust (“ChiroTrust,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm and continuing commitment to the privacy of personal information provided by those visiting and interacting with chirotrustmark.com (the “Site”). ChiroTrust holds the privacy of your personal information in the highest regard.

We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site. This policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices, and our customers’ needs.

What Information Do We Collect?

When you visit this Site you may provide us with two types of information:

Information You Choose to Provide

When you purchase a ChiroTrust TrustMark™ license, you will provide us with information about yourself and your practice, including your name, clinic name, clinic address, clinic website, office phone number, and email addresses. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

Website Use Information

Similar to other commercial websites, our Site utilizes standard technologies including cookies and web server log files to collect information about how our Site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent on our Site, and the websites visited just before and just after our Site.

How Do We Use the Information You Provide?

We use personal information for purposes of administering your TrustMark™ license, processing your payment, delivering your licensed materials, communicating with you about your subscription, monitoring use of the Site, and improving our content and service offerings. These uses help us better serve you as a licensee.

Such information may be shared with others on an aggregate basis only. Personally identifiable information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in this policy.

Occasionally, we may use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Site, your license, or special offers we think you will find valuable. You may notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive these communications by contacting us at trustmark@chiro-trust.org.

Email Addresses

We respect your privacy. Any email address you provide will be used to deliver information related to your TrustMark™ license and to communicate with you about your subscription. We will not give or sell your email address to third parties. You may opt out of receiving non-essential email communications at any time by contacting us at trustmark@chiro-trust.org.

Meta Pixel and Advertising

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to reach relevant audiences. The Pixel may collect information about your activity on the Site and associate it with your Meta account if you are logged in.

You can opt out of Meta’s use of your data for ad targeting by visiting facebook.com/ads/preferences or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. ChiroTrust does not store your credit card number or sensitive payment details. Your payment information is handled directly and securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

Form Submissions

License activation forms are collected and processed through JotForm using their HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Submitted form data is transmitted securely to ChiroTrust. JotForm’s use of your data is subject to their privacy policy.

Collection of Technical Information

When visiting the Site, the IP address used to access the Site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for internal use. Recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing and Selling Information

We do not share, sell, lend, or lease any information that uniquely identifies a user (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone, except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services you have requested, or as required by law.

Legally Compelled Disclosure

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so — when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights. We may also disclose information when we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or to protect the safety of our users and the public.
