These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChiroTrust TrustMark™ website located at chirotrustmark.com (the “Site”), operated by Altadonna Communications, Inc., a California corporation doing business as ChiroTrust (“ChiroTrust,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Site only. If you purchase a ChiroTrust TrustMark™ license, your rights and obligations regarding the license itself are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided to you upon purchase.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ChiroTrust TrustMark™ emblem, is the property of Altadonna Communications, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
The Site allows you to purchase a ChiroTrust TrustMark™ license. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Subscription licenses auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Full billing and cancellation terms are set forth in the EULA provided upon purchase.
The Site uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, JotForm for form submission, and Meta Pixel for advertising analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ChiroTrust is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHIROTRUST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. ChiroTrust has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ChiroTrust reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
